How to remove connected Meta data and request deletion of your sales.krd account.
Remove a connected account
Sign in to sales.krd, open your account security settings, and disconnect Facebook or Google under Connected accounts. This removes the provider identity data stored for that connection, provided another sign-in method remains available.
Meta Lead Ads requests
If you contacted sales.krd through a Facebook or Instagram lead form without creating an account, email info@sales.krd with the contact details used on the form and the subject “Lead Ads data request”. We will verify the request before providing, correcting, or deleting the associated inquiry information.
Delete your sales.krd account data
From your account privacy settings, submit a deletion request. You can also email info@sales.krd from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account data deletion”. We will verify the request before deletion.
What may be retained
Security, consent, transaction, payment, dispute, and legal records may be retained where required to protect users, prevent fraud, resolve transactions, or comply with applicable obligations. Records that are not required will be deleted or anonymized.
