Information you provide

We collect the information you submit, including account name, company, email address, domain details, inquiry messages, offers or budgets, and phone or WhatsApp number. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

Technical information

For security, rate limiting, and basic analytics, the service records requested pages, timestamps, referring hostnames, browser information, and protected hashes derived from network and browser data. Session cookies are used to keep accounts signed in and protect forms.

Optional analytics

With your permission, sales.krd uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits, traffic sources, and interactions so we can improve the marketplace and understand advertising performance. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device, browser, page, and interaction information. They are not loaded unless you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer.

How information is used

Operate accounts, listings, inquiries, ownership checks, auctions, and password recovery.
Respond to buyers, sellers, and acquisition requests.
Detect abuse, investigate errors, and understand site usage.
Send essential service messages and owner notifications related to activity on sales.krd.

Sharing

Information may be shared with relevant buyers, sellers, registry or registrar services, and technical providers only when needed to review a request, verify a domain, communicate, or complete agreed work. We do not publish private inquiry details as marketplace content.

Retention and choices

Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for marketplace operations, security, disputes, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to records we must retain.
