Information you provide
We collect the information you submit, including account name, company, email address, domain details, inquiry messages, offers or budgets, and phone or WhatsApp number. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
Technical information
For security, rate limiting, and basic analytics, the service records requested pages, timestamps, referring hostnames, browser information, and protected hashes derived from network and browser data. Session cookies are used to keep accounts signed in and protect forms.
Meta Lead Ads
If you submit a sales.krd form hosted by Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the contact and campaign information included with that submission. We import it into our private Inquiry Desk, detect repeated contacts, and retain the provider lead, form, and advertisement references needed to manage and audit the request. We do not treat a Lead Ads submission as permission for unrelated marketing.
Optional analytics
With your permission, sales.krd uses Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, traffic sources, registrations, inquiries, and completed marketplace outcomes. The browser and server copies of the same Meta event use a shared event identifier to prevent double counting. Consented server events may include protected hashes of an email address, phone number, or account reference together with page, campaign, device, browser, and network information used for measurement and matching. Optional analytics is not activated unless you choose Allow analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer.
How information is used
- Operate accounts, listings, inquiries, ownership checks, auctions, and password recovery.
- Respond to buyers, sellers, and acquisition requests.
- Detect abuse, investigate errors, and understand site usage.
- Send essential service messages and owner notifications related to activity on sales.krd.
Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant buyers, sellers, registry or registrar services, and technical providers only when needed to review a request, verify a domain, communicate, or complete agreed work. When optional analytics is allowed, limited measurement events are sent to Google and Meta as described above. We do not publish private inquiry or Lead Ads details as marketplace content.
Retention and choices
Records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for marketplace operations, security, disputes, and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to records we must retain.
