What to check before an inquiry, agreement, or domain transfer.
How do I ask about a listed domain?
Open the domain and select Send inquiry. Check the exact spelling, enter your name and at least one contact method, and add your budget if you have one. The form sends a private request; it does not buy or reserve the domain.
What happens after I send a request?
Keep the reference shown in the confirmation. The request is reviewed privately. If there is a next step, the team can contact you using the details you supplied. A reply, price, agreement, or sale is not guaranteed.
What if I entered the wrong domain or contact details?
Before submitting, edit the domain or contact field directly. After submitting, contact info@sales.krd with your reference and the correction. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or transfer codes.
Can I ask about a name that is not listed?
Yes. Use the acquisition request for the exact .krd name you want. A registered name is not necessarily for sale, and outreach or an acquisition is not guaranteed.
Does WHOIS mean a domain is for sale?
No. WHOIS shows public registration information, where available. Marketplace search checks sales.krd listings. Registration status, listing status, and the right to use a name are different things.
What should I confirm before paying?
Confirm the exact domain, seller authority, total price and fees, payment recipient and method, transfer route, renewal costs, and any cancellation or refund terms in writing. Check any relevant name or trademark rights. Do not pay solely on the strength of an unsolicited message.
How is the domain transferred?
The registrar, identity checks, agreement, payment, and transfer steps are confirmed for each transaction. A domain does not automatically include a website, hosting, email, or trademark rights. Confirm what is included before agreeing.
Can I list my own domain?
Create an account and verify your email. Submit your .krd domain and complete the DNS ownership check. Publication requires ownership confirmation and manual review; submitting a name does not guarantee publication or a sale.
Are auction bids binding?
Read the applicable auction terms before bidding. Bids create marketplace records and may require eligibility, identity, deposit, payment, legal, and transfer review.
